At Rave Wonderland, we want you to look and feel your best on the dance floor, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. Please ensure all gear is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
