Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak festival seasons, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout to ensure your outfit arrives before your event date.
What is your return policy on rave wear?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and the hygienic liners are intact. Please note that face masks and hosiery are final sale for health reasons.
How do I know which size to order?
Rave wear often fits snugly! We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes or prefer a bit more coverage, we generally recommend sizing up.

How should I wash my sequin and holographic outfits?
To keep your gear shimmering, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and hanging to dry. Never use a dryer or iron, as high heat can damage holographic finishes and sequins.
